Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician 3 to work Friday through Monday 7:00am–5:00pm. You will supervise maintenance staff, complete assigned jobs, and troubleshoot major repairs across the community and residential units.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 8 years of related experience, and a valid A/C gas license is preferred. The role requires hands-on skills and the ability to coordinate with contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 8 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Skilled in at least one area of expertise in Maintenance.
• A/C Gas 1, 2 and 3 license/certification preferred.
• Certification and/or license in special skill.

Responsibilities

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 3 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN 3 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skilled in at least one area of expertise in Maintenance.
• A/C Gas 1, 2 and 3 license/certification preferred.
• Certification and/or license in special skill.
