Job summary

La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. is hiring a maintenance technician to perform general repairs and preventative maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC systems in our oceanfront properties in La Jolla, CA.

The role requires attention to safety, quality workmanship and a friendly, guest-focused approach. You will work as part of a collaborative Engineering team, handling routine upkeep and responding to building emergencies to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Provide professional, attentive and genuinely friendly service.
• Promote and follow LJBTC, Inc's Signature Service standards.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains general plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and electrical components.
• Inspect and service building electrical systems, lighting and safety systems.
• Assist with emergencies and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
