Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to support API production equipment maintenance at the DAPI-US facility. You will lead maintenance plans, drive reliability improvements, and mentor the team to maximize plant productivity while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will collaborate with production support and engineering, applying RCA and PHA methods to resolve equipment issues and sustain high performance across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with maintenance focus.
• Minimum 3 years in utilities or process equipment maintenance.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and cGMPs is a plus.
• Six Sigma/LEAN credentials are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, reliability-centered maintenance and PSM.

Responsibilities

• Write and review maintenance plans, specifications and SOPs.
• Maintain quality and schedule within area of responsibility.
• Coordinate maintenance improvement projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support to site and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor maintenance team members.
