Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking an API manufacturing technician to operate highly automated production equipment and support GMP-compliant manufacturing. You will follow SOPs, review batch records, and participate in qualifications and validation activities.

The role requires strong technical Problem solving, attention to detail, and ability to work in a regulated environment. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience in FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and raise issues when errors are found.
• Experience with cGMP manufacturing and production processes.
• Strong reading comprehension of product documentation and SOPs.
• Computer literacy to operate computer-driven manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate API manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
• Follow GMP documentation and ensure product quality.
• Review SOPs and related documents as required.
• Real-time review of electronic batch records for compliance with SOPs and cGMP.
• Manage individual training plans and participate in qualifications/validation.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and control highly automated processes and systems.
• Load and unload products from trucks and ISO containers as needed.
