Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance engineer or in a similar role
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance/repairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general upkeep
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems and perform repairs as needed
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the facility is in good working condition
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Other duties as assigned
