Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining hotel grounds, public areas, and guest rooms with a hands-on approach, ensuring reliable systems and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in hotel maintenance and hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. This position is on-site and part of a growing hospitality portfolio that values service culture and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a hotel maintenance position
• One year of college or trade school in mechanical, electrical, or technical disciplines
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC
• Checks fixtures, lighting, signs; maintains spare parts and bulbs
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner
• Performs daily rounds, reports problems
• Performs other duties as assigned
