Orange Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-growing nutraceutical manufacturing environment. You will diagnose and fix faults on forming and packing machinery, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and work autonomously to minimise downtime. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous improvement in production efficiency. This is a full-time position on-site.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Essential experience working with forming and packing machinery.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault‑finding abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems proactively.
• Confident troubleshooting machinery issues without constant supervision.
• Good understanding of production equipment and maintenance systems.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production and packaging machinery.
• Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective repairs to minimise downtime.
