Job summary

Bühler Group is looking for a Maintenance Lead to oversee operations at our Food Application Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves supervising maintenance activities to ensure equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of maintenance experience ideally in the food industry, a technical diploma in mechatronics, and proficiency in relevant software tools like Microsoft Office and SAP. You will be instrumental in ensuring successful execution of trials and continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or field service experience ideally in the food industry.
• Able to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot equipment.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and equipment repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform maintenance responsibilities including predictive maintenance.
• Maintain schedule and update maintenance schedule in the Food Application Center.
• Partner with the engineering team for process upgrades.
