Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training plus two years of general building maintenance or construction experience.
• Professional certification and license if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs for buildings, rooms, and equipment including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration.
• Ensure equipment is prepared and operational for the following day.
• Adhere to safety regulations and brand standards; report unsafe conditions.
• Protect inventory and assets; replenish supplies and minimize waste.
• Respond to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• May perform preventative maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
