Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative and achievement drive.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace, anticipate and solve issues.
• Able to work well under stress and complete work orders timely.
• Willing to respond to emergencies on short notice and know hotel safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment.
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting and exterior repairs.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer and management on technical projects and reports.
