Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co in Orlando seeks a hotel maintenance professional to perform preventative maintenance, daily repairs, and upkeep across Meeting Rooms, Guest Rooms, outlets, public spaces and back of house areas.

The role requires basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge, a strong mechanical background with 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Basics English language communication skills.
• Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge required.
• Strong mechanical background with 2–3 years' hands on maintenance experience.
• Valid Florida Driver License preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preventative maintenance, daily repairs, and upkeep of Meeting Rooms, Guest Rooms, Food & Beverage Outlets, Public Space and Back of house areas.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems and related carpentry/painting work.
• Conducting ongoing room preventive maintenance program.
• Other duties as assigned.
