Job summary

Saint-Gobain's CertainTeed Gypsum Plant in Moundsville, WV is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to enhance plant reliability and efficiency using World Class Manufacturing techniques. Responsibilities include leading maintenance initiatives, root-cause analysis, TPM support, and ensuring CMMS documentation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1 year of hands-on maintenance/engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance initiatives: plan, evaluate, and implement maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and maximize safety
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable reliability improvements
• Develop preventive maintenance with maintenance teams and TPM
• Ensure projects meet WCM/EEM standards and maintain CMMS records
