Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Fletcher, OK is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead our gypsum plant maintenance team. You will drive safety excellence, oversee maintenance scheduling, and ensure reliable operations in a continuous manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years supervisory and 2 years maintenance planning experience, with CMMS knowledge. You will influence the management team and help deliver peak performance for quality products and customers.

Qualifications

• Willing to adhere to safety rules and wear PPE.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a military environment.
• 2 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead gypsum maintenance team to safely work in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Supervise maintenance efforts to improve EHS, reliability, quality, production, and costs.
• Support production processes to optimize the manufacturing enterprise and deliver value to the business.
• Facilitate team development and problem-solving and growth.
• Provide safety training to crew members and promote accountability.
• Data entry and completing/generating reports.
