Qualifications

• Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain records of work performed.
• Operate tools safely and follow MSDS guidelines.
• Assist dispatch and support team workflow; communicate status to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety standards.
