Job summary

StepStone Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel property in top condition. You will perform routine maintenance, handle painting, plumbing, electrical tasks, and ensure systems run smoothly to support guest comfort.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a focus on timely response to maintenance requests and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical work.

Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our property. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our hotel property.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities to maintain the hotel property.
• Replace air conditioner filters to ensure proper functioning of the HVAC system.
• Tend to air conditioners, cooling towers, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests.
• Maintain standards of quality guest service by ensuring that all maintenance requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Tend to the pool area, including chemical balancing and cleaning, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements
