Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, including 2+ years in hotel maintenance.
• 1+ year of HVAC and refrigeration experience, with electrical, plumbing, boiler, and pool systems knowledge.
• HVAC certification highly preferred; pool certification a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Graduation from a recognized operating engineer apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, including 2+ years in hotel maintenance.

• 1+ year of HVAC and refrigeration experience, with technical know-how in electrical, plumbing, boiler, and pool systems.

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Graduation from a recognized operating engineer apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements
