Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer, including 2+ years in hotel maintenance.
• HVAC and refrigeration experience, with electrical, plumbing, boiler, and pool systems knowledge.
• HVAC certification preferred; pool certification a plus.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and property in top shape with plumbing repairs, minor painting, and general maintenance.
• Install and repair door hardware, locks, tile, and flooring with precision.
• Troubleshoot kitchen and laundry equipment as the mechanical expert.
• Lead remodeling projects and fix broken fixtures with urgency and skill.
• Build cross-department relationships to deliver top-tier guest and staff experiences.
• Follow established procedures to ensure safety and consistency.
