Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep guest rooms and public areas in excellent working order. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and basic upkeep to ensure a safe, clean hotel environment and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
