Job summary

Essentia Health Graceville location seeks a Maintenance Engineer to perform general maintenance on a medical campus, including inspection and repairs of boilers, HVAC, fire safety systems, emergency generators and patient care equipment. The position reports to the GV Hospital maintenance team and requires attention to safety standards.

Shift is day rotation (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). A Special Boilers license or ability to obtain within 6 months is required, with compensation in the hourly range

Qualifications

• Required: 1 year classroom training or 1 year experience in building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance on medical campus systems, including inspection, routine maintenance and repairs on boilers, HVAC, fire safety systems, emergency generators and patient care equipment.
• May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.
