Element Eatery is a vibrant hub in Madisonville featuring nine unique, chef-driven restaurants under one roof. We're more than just a dining destination; we're a gathering place where people come together to enjoy delicious food, live music, and community events.
We are looking for an experienced full-time Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the facility. This includes working very closely with Element Eatery leadership team.
Job Summary
The Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and associates.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field required.
3-5 years of experience in a maintenance position, preferably in the hospitality field.
Trade school and/or college course work in related field helpful.
General Requirements
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels of associates and guests.
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating operational needs.
Comply with AT Hospitality Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient property operations.
