Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems – certification, license or associate degree required.
• Ability to operate forklift and/or scissor lift and gain license within 3 business days.
• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Ability to interpret reports & analyze data.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors.
• Install and service electronic equipment.
• Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and DeviceNet; Program Fanuc robots.
• Execute and improve preventative maintenance; perform fast-paced repairs to minimize downtime.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex machinery.
• Safely operate hand tools, shop tools and operating equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent unexpected machine startup during maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, equipment status, and parts used.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

The Maintenance Technician supports daily production operations while helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and the facility.

This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent operation and minimizing production downtime. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, dependable, and able to support both people and processes in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors
• Install and service electronic equipment
• Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and DeviceNet Program Fanuc robots
