Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Electronic Tech to support daily production operations, install and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, PLCs, and robotics, and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with robotics, electrical systems, and machine repair, holds a high school diploma or equivalent, and can operate forklifts/scissor lifts with required licenses.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with robotics, machine repair and electrical systems preferred.
  • Ability to interpret reports & analyze data.

Responsibilities

  • Build and service production equipment and electrical panels.
  • Install and maintain electronic equipment across the line.
  • Load and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic for Allen Bradley, Siemens and DeviceNet.
  • Program and work with Fanuc robots for maintenance tasks.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex machinery.
  • Follow safety protocols to prevent unintended machine startups.
  • Maintain records of repairs and equipment status.

This role is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production equipment and the facility.This position plays a key role in ensuring consistent operation and minimizing production downtime.
