Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily production operations, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment and the facility in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a hands-on and dependable candidate who can support both people and processes, with overtime and weekend support as dictated by the production schedule. Shift 3, United States of America, Full time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems– certification, license or associate degree.
• Ability to operate the forklift and/or scissor lift a safe manner and gain license within 3 business days.
• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Ability to interpret reports & analyze data.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors.
• Install and service electronic equipment.
• Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and DeviceNet; program Fanuc robots.
• Execute and improve preventative maintenance; perform fast‑paced repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex machinery.
• Safely operate hand tools, shop tools and operational equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent unexpected machine startup during maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of completed repairs, equipment status, and parts used.
