Job summary

Broadland Housing Association is seeking a qualified Electrician to join the Maintenance Team. You will support delivering electrical reactive and EICRs works to our homes and assist with planned and void works as needed. The role covers the West patch and requires travel across Norfolk and North Suffolk.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, 18th Edition and 2391 Testing, with driving licence and good IT skills. DBS check and on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with relevant City & Guilds/NVQ certificates.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and EICRs preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Norfolk and North Suffolk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reactive electrical repairs and EICRs to leased homes.
• Assist with planned and void works when required.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants and managers.
