Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Northampton is seeking a permanent maintenance technician to perform reactive repairs in occupied and void social housing properties.

You will deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and work Mon-Fri 8:00–16:30 with on-call duties.

NVQ3 and 18th Edition, plus a full UK driving license are essential; company van and fuel card provided, plus a 5% bonus pro rata.

Qualifications

• Must have proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment.

The Role:

Permanent position

Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties - Northampton-Stratford Upon Avon patch

Repair and maintain occupied properties

Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing

Qualified withwith NVQ3 and 18th Edition

Ability to work independently in a reactive environment

Good customer service and communication skills

Full UK driving license

What We Offer:

£37,440base salary + 5% bonus paid every March pro rata and ON call 1 week in every 5-6 weeks paid £100 for the week + £50 per call out
