Henkel Corporation in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to maintain and repair electrical systems across its Consumer Brands facilities.

You will troubleshoot motors, transformers, sensors, and control panels, ensuring reliability of production lines. Responsibilities include calibration of instrumentation, installation of conduit and equipment per engineering drawings, recording work in CMMS, and supporting scheduled plant shutdowns while upholding NEC and OSHA

Qualificações

• Experience maintaining electrical systems in industrial environments.
• Ability to diagnose electrical faults using meters and scopes.
• Familiarity with NEC and OSHA safety standards.
• Calibrate process control instrumentation accurately.
• Experience documenting maintenance in CMMS.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, transformers, starters, and panels.

What you’ll do

• Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including motors, transformers, starters, control panels, automated valves, pumps, blowers and other rotating equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions using testing equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and megohmmeter (Megger).
• Instrumentation: Maintain and calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies, including hazardous location protocols.
• Installation: Install new conduit, cabling, and equipment based on engineering drawings.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs in computerized systems (CMMS).
• Shutdown Support: Work during scheduled or unscheduled plant shutdowns to repair critical systems.
