Role Overview

The Maintenance Electrical Technician role entails performing troubleshooting and repair tasks, as well as providing technical support across all operational phases. It is a technical career role that demands proficiency in various skill clusters, including:

• Electrical Controls: Managing electrical control systems within the operational environment.
• Fluid Power: Dealing with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Mechanical Systems: Understanding machinery and equipment involved in operations.
• Manufacturing Processes: Troubleshooting issues within specific manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Good safety and attendance record, strong interpersonal skills.
• Skills in AC/DC circuits, industrial electrical systems, and electrical safety procedures.
• Knowledge of electronic devices, PLC systems, and control instrumentation.
• Mechanical maintenance skills, including troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic microcomputer skills and experience with PLC configuration and programming.
