Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher to efficiently coordinate calls with technicians across the property. You will also perform basic engineering office duties and maintain inventory records on site.

Excellent communication and multi-line phone system skills are required, along with radio dispatch experience to keep shift logs accurate and up-to-date for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and from technicians throughout the property.
• Dispatchers will also handle basic office duty work for the engineering department and maintain property inventory records.
• This role will maintain the communication log for shifts and coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory.
