Job summary

Xanterra is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Dispatcher in Williams, AZ, to receive and dispatch maintenance requests by phone, email, or radio. You will generate work orders in CMMS and coordinate with craftspeople to keep operations running smoothly.

The position is full-time, year-round, at $18.35 per hour, with a 4/10 schedule (4 days a week, 10 hours per day). Join a fast-paced team dedicated to reliable maintenance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches maintenance requests quickly and accurately based on priority.
• Maintains and updates maintenance work orders in CMMS.
• Communicates with staff and management via phone, email, and radio.
• Fills in as Tool Room Attendant as needed.
• Supports procurement of parts and equipment and keeps a clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
