Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Dispatcher to receive and dispatch maintenance requests by phone, email, or radio and generate work orders in a CMMS. The role requires prioritization, timely communication, and coordination with craftspeople to keep operations running smoothly.

Position is full-time and year-round, with a pay rate of $18.35 per hour. Expect a structured schedule of four 10-hour days with three days off, in a fast-paced but rewarding environment at

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Arizona Driver’s License and ability to comply with company vehicle policy.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be at least 19 years old.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches maintenance requests quickly and accurately based on priority.
• Ensures maintenance work orders are created and tracked in the CMMS.
• Communicates professionally with staff and management via phone, email, and radio.
• Processes purchase orders for parts and equipment.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
