Job summary

512Financial is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Dallas, TX to lead the regional maintenance dispatch team and ensure work orders are completed on time and within budget. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, safe residential maintenance while upholding service standards and tenant satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in SFR or multi-family maintenance, plus experience in customer service management and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in single family or multi-family maintenance.
• 2+ years of customer service and call center management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• EPA, Lead, and Asbestos certifications or licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional maintenance dispatch team.
• Train new hires during onboarding and ongoing training.
• Manage timelines, costs, and quality on every work order.
• Report regional budgets and performance to management.
