The office-based role is at our client’s downtown Dallas, with a salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in single family or multi-family maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service and call center management.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and similar Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance dispatch team for your assigned region.
• Onboard new team members and run recurring training for new and current staff.
• Make sure your dispatch team hits timeline, cost, and quality KPIs on every work order.
• Prepare regular reports for management covering regional budgets and performance.
• Partner with supply chain teams to grow the vendor base in markets that need it.
• Meet weekly with Field Maintenance Managers to align on field staff KPIs.
• Enforce high urgency, priority, and safety requirements on all work orders.
• Manage and oversee escalated maintenance work orders in your region.
• Oversee all staff responsibilities.
• Drive internal field performance by assigning 70% of work orders to field staff.
• Take on projects and additional duties as requested.
