Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Work Control Clerk to coordinate dispatch and maintenance for USAF vehicles, AGE, BEAR Base, and GPMS materials. The role emphasizes clerical support, report generation, and materials purchasing coordination.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1–3 years of clerical experience, familiarity with Air Force AMS systems (ACES/IEMS/TRIREGA) and Maximo, and must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related clerical experience.
• Experience with Air Force work order AMS systems (ACES, IEMS, TRIREGA) preferred.
• Experience with Maximo preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; track services and costs.
• Record and maintain maintenance information in computer and manual systems.
• Provide general clerical support to keep Maintenance operations running smoothly.
• Prepare and issue computer reports and purchase requisitions.
• Maintain files and inventory records; monitor stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Gather data and prepare cost summaries for transportation and maintenance.
