Job summary

Lincoln County Care Center in Shoshone, Idaho is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for full-time work, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will oversee preventive maintenance, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with facility regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Able to work in varying conditions, indoors and outdoors.
• Comfortable with exposure to bodily fluids and communicable diseases.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50-100 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
• Ensures compliance with regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
• Maintains professional relationships with staff, vendors, and inspectors.
• Conducts routine inspections of equipment and systems.
• Leads facility emergency preparedness drills.
• Manages departmental budget under Administrator direction.
• Engages positively with residents.
• Supervises maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry staff.
