Job summary

Lincoln Hills Development Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Technician for Crawford County, IN. This full-time role (35 hours per week) supervises maintenance work, coordinates projects, and oversees groundskeeping, unit prep for rental, and minor repairs across housing sites.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, a valid driver''s license and insurance, and the ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to travel locally and out of area as necessary.
• Must be able to pass background checks.
• Previous experience or training in basic residential maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance work for the Housing Program and schedule activities.
• Coordinate scheduling of maintenance/work across sites.
• Grounds maintenance, cleaning and preparing units to rent; light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
• Safely pull a trailer with a vehicle when required.
