Job summary

Lincoln Knolls Health & Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure safety and reliability across all equipment.

Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance staff, utilizing CMMS to track work orders, scheduling preventive maintenance, and leading HVAC/PLC projects with minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing facilities operations.
• Proficient in maintenance planning, safety compliance, and scheduling preventive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of PLC, HVAC, electrical systems, and industrial maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team to ensure effective performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee the CMMS to track work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for HVAC systems, PLCs, and other critical equipment.
• Lead projects related to facility improvements and upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Provide training and support to staff on best practices in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to align with manufacturing schedules.
