Healthcare Facility Partners in Gresham, OR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the daily maintenance, safety, and physical operations of a skilled nursing facility.

This hands-on leadership role requires managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems; coordinating with vendors; and ensuring life-safety and regulatory compliance while supporting residents, staff, and visitors in a safe, well-maintained environment.

Competenze

• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, healthcare, or a similar setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and life-safety requirements is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
• Must be dependable, hands-on, and able to work independently.

Mansioni

• Oversee the overall maintenance and physical condition of the facility
• Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other building systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance and safety concerns
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address identified issues
• Coordinate outside vendors and contractors when necessary
• Maintain required maintenance records, inspections, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, fire, life-safety, and regulatory requirements
• Manage maintenance supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Work collaboratively with facility leadership and other departments
• Assist with emergency preparedness and facility-related projects
