The Director is responsible for all fire safety and regulatory requirements for a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role requires effective leadership skills to ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
