Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic training in electrical, plumbing, heating and HVAC systems.
• Supervisory experience is required for this position.
• Must have Skilled Nursing Facility experience.

Mansioni

• Oversee Maintenance Department including hands-on maintenance and repairs.
• Keep building in good repair and free of hazards from electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws for building and grounds.
• Test fire alarm and emergency generator weekly and maintain records.
• Participate in budget planning for the Maintenance Department.
• Hire, orient, and supervise maintenance staff; assign duties and schedules.
• Remain on call for emergencies 24/7 and support safety plans.
