Job summary

Nashua Crossings is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director at Benchmark Senior Living. This role focuses on maintaining all maintenance and housekeeping functions within an assisted living facility, with hands-on responsibilities in electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general upkeep.

The Director oversees staff, payroll, expenses, and capital expenditures, while engaging with residents and staff in a manager-on-duty environment on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance and housekeeping in senior living or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety compliance.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment systems.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure quality assurance.
• Establish and monitor a preventative maintenance program.
• Maintain OSHA and fire code compliance.
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff and related costs.
• Collaborate with staff and residents to support operations.
