Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of maintenance experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose maintenance issues, perform repairs, and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, life safety standards, and building codes.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and operation of the building, grounds, and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure safety and upkeep.
• Lead hands-on maintenance across multiple trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry).
• Complete drywall repairs, painting, and general maintenance projects.
• Maintain interior and exterior appearance to high standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, office and grounds equipment.
