Job summary

Dalton Square Assisted Living, part of Navion Senior Living, seeks a Maintenance Director to lead on-site facilities, oversee staff, and manage regulatory maintenance across HVAC, life-safety, and building systems.

You will supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety regulations are followed while maintaining a positive, well-kept community for residents.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years of hands on building maintenance and facilities management experience.
• A valid driver's license for occasional transportation support.
• HVAC & Mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience managing staff and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of maintenance and housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and disciplinary actions.
• Directs maintenance of interior and exterior areas and inspects work for conformance to standards.
• Oversees regulatory maintenance for HVAC, elevator, fire/sprinkler systems, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and Help Call Systems.
• Prioritizes and completes resident maintenance requests in their apartments.
• Keeps walls, floors, doors, and woodwork in common areas well maintained.
