Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general mechanics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance of the facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate licensed vendors as needed.
• Respond to emergency needs outside regular hours and assist residents with moving or minor repairs.
