Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. ( Deercreek Senior Living community ) is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead preventative maintenance of our facility, grounds and equipment.

You will respond to maintenance needs and coordinate licensed vendors as required, while assisting residents with moving and minor repairs. Strong candidates will have prior building maintenance experience, team leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general mechanics.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance.
• Experience managing a team.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general mechanics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance of the facility, equipment and grounds.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and coordinate after-hours emergency maintenance.
• Supervise licensed vendors as needed for specialized tasks.
• Assist residents with moving and minor repairs.
