Job summary

You will hire and train maintenance technicians, oversee equipment management (boilers, generators, and electrical systems), conduct safety inspections, read blueprints, and uphold building codes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a maintenance/plant position.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Compassionate, dedicated to high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan with tasks and timelines.
• Establish an equipment and utilities management program.
• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance technicians.
• Participate in safety inspections and document findings.
• Provide facility-wide safety training.
• Perform routine maintenance on building grounds and facilities.
• Ensure supplies and equipment maintain a safe environment.
• Drive innovative ideas to improve systems and processes.
