Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in a maintenance/plant role.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators and mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance plan for equipment and facilities.
• Establish equipment and utilities management program for efficient operations.
• Hire, train and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure tasks are completed.
• Participate in safety inspections and provide facility-wide safety training.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building grounds for a safe environment.
• Provide innovative solutions to improve systems and processes.
