The Landon at Lake Highlands is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Director to lead building and grounds upkeep, ensuring safety, reliability, and high-quality resident experiences. You will oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities operations, train staff, and coordinate with contractors to maintain compliance and energy efficiency.

Qualificações

• English language proficiency required: able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in maintenance or related fields is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures maintenance/repair service levels for electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and facilities.
• Responds promptly to resident, staff, and management service requests.
• Monitors outside contractors’ work in line with contracts and warranties.
• Maintains records including equipment serial numbers.
• Implements preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
• Maintains safety procedures for emergencies and drills.
