Cascade Living Group is seeking a Maintenance Director for Mountain Glen to oversee preventive maintenance of buildings and systems, coordinate repairs in occupied units, and ensure safety and comfort for residents. • Knowledge of fire and safety regulations.

• Experience in grounds maintenance, electrical and plumbing repair.

• Make repairs in occupied apartments and renovate turn-over units for new residents moving in.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Willing and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is required.
• Available and on call for emergencies day and night.
• Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals.

As theMaintenance Director(Plant Operations Director) at Mountain Glen, you are responsible for everything maintenance and play a critical role when it comes to ensuring that the community is attractive, well-maintained and that our residents are safe, secure and well taken care of.

• CPR Certified

$26.00 - $28.00/hour
*Depending on Experience

• 8:30am - 5:00pm

• Weekend and Holiday Availability Required for Emergencies
