The role leads maintenance staff, plans and controls budgets, conducts routine inspections, and implements preventative maintenance to extend equipment life and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all facility equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to address safety concerns and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with facility staff to minimize disruptions during work.
