Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated environmental services/maintenance professional to ensure the Life Safety Code, building systems, and grounds are well maintained in our skilled nursing facilities in the Carolina Foothills region.

The role emphasizes adherence to health, sanitary and infection control policies, with responsibilities aligned to the community's administration and maintenance procedures. This is a full-time position with typical Monday–Friday hours and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in environmental services, maintenance, or a related trade, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code, facilities, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order per community policies.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and uphold established standards under administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education
